Learn About Our Local Environment

Significance & Origins
covering about 20 or so square kilometres of beautiful open countryside and woodland walks, many with stunning river views, the Goring Gap is a recognised and popular recreation destination by green tourists with good rail and river access.
Wildlife
Comprehensive collection of labelled photographs of birds and mammals in the Goring Gap. Species on the Red List will be identified and there will be an introduction, and a link to, the Red List.
